🎤 Finally, useful feedback! Evaluation questions arrive on complement

Every time the year ends, it is the same thing. For teachers, sector managers or educational engineers, comes the fateful moment to collect the opinion of students. And it often is a headache.

The paper forms are filled in a hurry. Investigations sent by email often remain unanswered. And the rare feedbacks obtained are too vague to be really useful.

At Complement, we wanted to change this logic . This is why we are launching a new feature today, directly integrated into the learning experience: evaluation questions, asked by an oral avatar to learners.

🧪 Tested in real conditions at the IESEG

We recently experienced this feature with students of the IESEG School of Management Digital Master 1. At the end of their Complement review module, several evaluation questions were asked by the AI Avatar directly in the course flow.

The students were able to answer orally, in a few seconds, spontaneously. They gave their opinion on the module, but also on the tool itself, speaking of their feelings, the utility of the oral quiz, the clarity of the explanations ...

These returns were then automatically centralized in the module dashboard , with an intelligent analysis by AI . Result: concrete opinions, classified by theme, immediately exploitable to improve the next versions of the course.

🧠 A new way of harvesting feedback

Thanks to this feature, no need to get out of the platform, or ask learners to fill in yet another form after their session. The AI Avatar asks the question orally, naturally, at the right time in the module. The learner responds in the same format, without breaking.

This integration makes the act to assess more fluid, more human ... and above all more effective .

You can insert these questions where you want: at the end of a dense chapter, after a key activity, or simply at the end of the module. The feedbacks are qualitative, genuine, directly linked to the content, and much richer than the cold responses with multiple choice.

📊 Finally, usable data to improve your content

All responses are stored in a dedicated block in the Complement dashboard. They are automatically analyzed to bring out the common points, the most frequent suggestions, and weak signals.

You can identify what worked well, what was missed, and what you could improve. A real continuous improvement tool , aligned with the Complement mission from the start: create evolutionary training, enriched over the uses.
