Complement, a French startup specializing in AI virtual trainers and the creation of interactive e-learning modules, announces that it has been selected as a winner of the Réseau Entreprendre Essonne following a demanding evaluation process, concluded by a Grand Jury composed of business leaders.

This distinction comes with the granting of an honor loan and personalized support from business leaders who are members of the network, to support the structuring and acceleration of the company.

A demanding selection process

Integration into Réseau Entreprendre Essonne took place after several individual interviews with 3 members of the network, audits of the economic model and commercial and financial performance; finally, a Grand Jury bringing together former award-winning executives.

This deliberately selective process aims to identify companies with strong growth potential and territorial impact.

Non-dilutive financing and support for executives

The system includes:

• A zero-interest loan, strengthening the company's equity
• Individual support over several years from a mentor business leader
• Access to a community of committed entrepreneurs
• Monthly group workshops and peer exchanges, winners of the program

Complement develops a SaaS platform enabling organizations to create interactive training courses led by AI virtual trainers.
